Teen wellbeing has been our focus for the last three weeks. Different parts of their lives all come together to create the satisfaction they feel about themselves. Taking time to be thoughtful about how they are not just going along with a set schedule. The schedule often becomes in control of what we do, creating an identity based on shuffling from point A to point B, and we lose ourselves in the process. This goes for your parents too!
