Service Description

Peak performance coach and sports psychologist, Dr. John Beach, along with Teen Life Coach, Jenn Brown, will lead a powerhouse virtual course on building the mindset growth of elite high school athletes. Parents, athletes, and coaches are welcome and will learn valuable tips and tools to take what you learn and apply them to your sport. The classes are aimed to focus on the teen's perspective and a fantastic opportunity to get this level of expertise! * The course will start March 17th and will end April 14th. We will be skipping March 31st due to the Easter Holiday.
